Orders

Standard orders are typically processed between 1-3 business days and shipped using the method of your choice. Pre-orders typically ship in 4-6 weeks. Ground shipments are sent FedEx. Expedited orders are sent same day as long the order is placed by 11AM PST. Orders are in transit business days only. Sometimes processing may take longer, however, depending on our ability to meet the prevailing order volume. We do our very best to keep up with our stock, but due to demand, some items may be purchased on backorder and may be delayed. In the event of shipping delays for any reason we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible.

International Orders: We currently offer FedEx Express for international orders which typically takes up to 4 business days. If you provide a PO-Box as your address, your package will be shipped via USPS which takes up to about 9 business days. Marysia LLC is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you. A helpful link to calculate how much you will be charged for customs depending on your country is dutycalculator.com.  Please note, however, even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays. If you’re having trouble with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Tax: We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders outside the state of California. For all California orders a sales tax of 7.5% does apply.

15 Day Return Policy

We will gladly accept returns on all items (except items marked Final Sale) within 15 days from time of shipment for store credit only. Items must be unwashed, unworn and with original tags and hygienic liner.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds at this time.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return handling and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 


How Do I Return?

Please contact customerservice@marysiaswim.com to notify us of your return and we will issue a store credit upon receipt of your item.  Please allow 3-5 days for processing.

Sale Items

Sale items and those purchased with a coupon code are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. Marysia LLC has full discretion in determining if items are in original condition when returned; products washed or worn will not be accepted.

Privacy

We take the utmost care and concern for your privacy while you’re shopping on our site. We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary. Transactions on our site are secured using 256-bit SSL encryption and your credit card information is never stored.

Marysia LLC strives to ensure the security and safety of its customers and reserves the right to reject any order which raises concern. If there appear to be irregularities regarding an order, we will contact the customer before processing the order to protect their interests and ours.


Care for Your Marysia Swim

We recommend hand washing your suit in cold water with the Laundress Delicate Wash or other gentle detergent. Leave out to dry under the shade. Do not put your suit in the washer or dryer. We do not recommend wearing the swimwear in very chlorinated water or exposing it to something that might result in a stain. In order to make the special fabric of our swimwear, we do not treat it with any chemicals to make it resistant to stains or discoloring.
