Detox Diet part 1



Happy New Year week 2! Now that we are back home and a new fresh week is starting, I decided it’s time to stop procrastinating and get my body and health back. It’s one month before my baby’s 1st birthday and I’m still 10 or even 12 lbs away from what I was before my pregnancy. I feel so much better when I eat well and once I stick to it for a while it’s not too hard to continue so here we go…..what would Gwennie do?

If you’ve followed this blog for awhile you’ll know I’m a Gwyneth Paltrow fan and I like her blog and books.
She just posted a new 3 DAY WARMING WINTER DETOX which can’t be as bad as the 7 day one I did in the past. My plan is to do the 3 day to ease into things and then do the harder 7 day one in a couple weeks maybe. We have a tropical vacation planned and I can’t look bad in my own swimsuit you know? What kind of swimwear designer would I be???? ugh
So I’m printing out this body image and a countdown to VACA…I have exactly 38 days to make this happen…I know I can I know I can:)
