October 31st is approaching and to get in the spirit we threw a MARYSIA Halloween party for our kids. Naturally we dressed them in the new pieces from BUMBY resort 17′ (new collection launching next week!) and had our friends at Mad Rouge Beauty over to face paint, decorate pumpkins and teach the kids to make their own nail polish from scratch! The ladies behind Mad Rouge Beauty only use safe and natural ingredients to craft their beauty products. I love how they combine fun with education into their parties!
I set the table with Heath Ceramics Dinnerware in indigo slate to set the tone for the spooky night. Nathaniel whipped up a seafood pasta with black squid ink spaghetti, calamari, clams, shrimp and scallops… It was equally perfect for the adults and the kids. Our night was completed by tossing darts at the candy and confetti filled balloons ghost’s shape. DIY here. Happy (almost) Halloween!
